The entrance will always be voluntary and previously the affected people will be met personally or by phone. The aim of this meeting is to inform the persons interested about the all points related to the internal functioning of the centre, and also to inform about their personal situation: familiar, social, medical and judiciary.

Procedure for rehabilitation will be in an internal regime, with different places designed for men and women.

In any case no one should be refused admission on the basis of illness, pregnancy, culture, race, religion or sex discrimination.
