EIt is the most delicate and difficult at the same time. It last about 15 days, and during this period we try to motivate the patient in his fight to be successful. It consists in the integral cure by means of convenient therapeutic resources allowing to understand the problems generated in the organism caused by the toxic substance or substances: long walks, contacts with the nature, fitotherapy and massages making more supportable the abstinence syndrome.

During that step, it is tried to avoid any contact with the previous environment. Except from some special circumstances, the patient cannot receive any visit nor call by phone before 15 days time. However the communication by mail is permitted since the first day. Also, during that period of time, all the information requested is given to the family about the improvement and evolution of the patient, by way of the responsible people or monitors of the home where he is living in.
